not sure. all depends on how the cards layout in the build schedule. we have one that should be done by then. so we'll see... then there is that extra fuel bill issue we'll have to consider.. it is nice to be able to display our style of builds to those that don't make the other shows we attend.
thanks for the hospitality

Jeff - good news! Trailers will be available to rent again this year. Stand by for the info to be posted here. The camper rental is arranged between the company that is providing them and the participant.

That is awesome news Judy!!! Missy will be tickled pink also! I will be watching for the info, and likely be one of the first to reserve one. That may be the nudge I needed to get my mom and dad to come down this year! If all the planets aligned at the right time, and everyone was in, we could get 6 Breckenridge Bronco's down this year! Fingers and tootsies crossed! Thanks for the heads up Judy!

camping option

Last year some participants rented campers to stay at the Cove and all who did were pretty satisfied with the arrangements. The camper rental info is listed below, be advised that the company raised the fees due to underpricing their services last year and actually taking a loss. Please note this info is offered to our participants as a courtesy, as MEB has no responsiblity for the camper rental service and receives no direct benefit from it.

Road Trip Rentals, Inc.
16519 Gaines Road
Broad Run, VA 20137
Phone: 703-753-4477
Website: roadtriprentals.biz

Daily rate: $110.00 (3-night minimum) + tax
Weekly rate: $595.00 + tax

Delivery and pickup fee: $300.00 total
One way transport fee: $150.00 (delivery OR pick-up, not both)
Renter can pick up & return the camper themselves to save the transport fee. Note that campers returned on Sunday will be charged for Sunday rental.

Repeat customers from last year are entitled to a 10% Camper Rental discount. (Camper rental rate only, not on delivery charge or tax)

A walk-through will be given at the beginning of the rental explaining the camper & how it works. Troubleshooting help is available via phone. There is an additional charge for any assistance you request that requires a representative from Road Trip Rental to come to the Cove, including filling fresh water tanks, or emptying sewage tanks. Sewage tanks can be dumped at the Cove during the rental period however the renter has to hook up and move the camper to the dump station and back to the campsite.

Models 2306 and 183 are available to rent for the Round Up. Booking can be done online. June is a busy season for camper rental so call and book as soon as possible.

The renter will need to call and make camping reservations with the Cove separately from the camper rental.

Its our hope that this service will allow participants to bring their families and stay at the Cove to enjoy all the activities being offered.

Update to camper rental info

Renter can pick up & return the camper themselves to save the transport fee. Note that campers returned on Sunday will be charged for Sunday rental.

The Sunday rental fee will be waived for campers dropped off to Road Trip Rentals on Sunday. Normally they don't accept Sunday drop-offs but will do so for the Roundup participants with no additional cost. Call and make your reservations now!

We rented one of those trailers last year and they were really nice! I guess they only rent them for a short period of time then sell them, ours was pretty much brand new(even smelled new inside). Last I remember, Judy said they weren't gonna rent them to us again this year because it wasn't a high enough number of rentals. They bring them out and set them up and even have water in the holding tank and full propane tanks include, all you do is move in and leave when your done. Hope they do rent them to us again! Wifey wants to stay in a motel if not and Homey don't play dat, there's to much goin on to leave at ANY point!;D

Still got the contact info for who you rented the trailer from? I think this is the way to go.

here is additional information on the camper rentals, I also copied copied Judy's post so all the info is here:

"Road Trip Rentals will waive the rental fee for Sunday night for those campers being returned to them on Sunday. Normally they don't accept Sunday drop-offs, and had originally indicated there would be a camping fee for Sunday night for drop-offs but this is now waived."

Get off the fence and register!

OK, if you're on the fence about registering for the Roundup, this info should push you over the edge to sign up. The awesome sponsorship we've received in the past continues this year, and you can't win any of this great stuff if you don't come to the event.

www.goodyear.com - great tires, shipped for free to your door!

www.drivetrainspecialists.com - a long time sponsor of the RU

www.4xshaft.com - Tom Woods Driveshafts - also discount coupons for MEB members

Lots more to come, stay tuned.

Now go to www.earlybroncos.com and click to register!
