Well the shop looks awesome! And your Uncut wheeling rig I absolutely LOVE the Stance and all things about it. I want one honestly just like it if I can find one to do. As usual all your stuff looks great and the progress looks good on Randy's and all the trucks. Im hopping to get mine back on the road in the coming weeks and honestly can't wait. Still have things to sort out but I wanna drive it. Anyway same story different day and I need to change it.

Hope all is well with the family and yourself. Keep up the great work!

I have about the same glass tub as Tasker and ran into the same issues mounting the body. I refurbished my old floor supports from my steel tub and then used different thicknesses of body mounts to get it level.

it was about two and a half inches at the front around stock under the floor pans about 2 in below the seat and around 1 in all the way at the back.

Well here's another little side project that came in a while back. Tasker brought me his Warn 8274 winch to go over and pretty up. This one is going on his other build "Bocci".
It had been rebuilt previously but had been sitting for some time. It was in pretty good shape, and other than some rust in the brake to address it was just in need of a little cosmetic clean up.

So here is what we're starting with:

After some fresh paint and then starting the reassembly of parts. New ball bearings on the left to replace the rusty and pitted old ones, the brake assembly is a little tricky to assemble while keeping them in place but I got it done after a couple tries.

Migs, with regard to your frame repair, are you concerned with replacing metal and not putting a “sleeve” or reinforcements at the areas of higher stress (shock and spring mounts)? I have a similar project and have to replace a good portion of metal from the rear cross member back… I’m concerned with structural weakness. In theory if your welds are penetrated shouldn’t the frame be as sturdy?
