Been awhile since I posted but been busy
New rear chunk (4.11) trutrac, 31 spline axles, Tom Wood shaft (which I was surprised of the small diameter) . So now I have a new engine and a new rear end, so the next thing to break is the tranny%)

...Any way truck has plenty of power and I’m really happy with it. On the interstate at 65-70 it’s pulling about 2k rpm .

Glad it's got it's getting it on in the power department. Should be pretty good with 4.56's and the lower first gear. But something doesn't sound right with the speed/rpm thing.
At 65 with an approximately 32" tire diameter (what's your exact diameter with the weight of the vehicle on them?) and an overdrive manual trans with a .80 overdrive (yours is actually .79 I believe) you should be more into the 2400-2500 rpm range with those 4.56's.
Maybe the tach, or your speedo is off? Or those are some big-assed 33's!;D

Pulled it out of storage. 6 months in the cold, dark and damp turkey farm put No Hay in a bad mood, and she let me have it. I replaced a leaking fuel pump, filter and lines, coil, broken Duraspark connector, and vacuum leak. She still needs a full tune and carb adjust, but at least she gets the sun on her face again.

Kudos to all of you bringing bringing your rides back from the dead for all to enjoy. Not sure I'd have the patience.

New numbers Paul
I used app to get speed but my tech numbers are from my hooked up tech . It’s definitely more accurate then my speedo
55 2200 rpms
70. 2700
Anyway truck is a blast to drive, love the B&M short throw. I may go up to a set of 35s for my next set of tires which I think would still be ok.

Whens that making its way to Tucson?

Sellers get to stay in the house till April, when we will get the keys. I'll take time doing small moves back and forth over the summer. Not sure when the Bronco gets to move. Mary retires in August, so we'll be residents by September. If Mary's house sells too soon, and she temporarily moves in with a daughter, I'll be a permanent AZ resident sooner! ;D Save some sun for us!
