Front drivshaft bind I got rid of the cv in the front and got a prem long travel with ujoints from Tom woods. I also got a new yoke for the tcase. No more bind. $299.00 or so. Jmaples

Axle not fitting Same thing happened to me when I put new bearings on my axles. One side wouldn't go in all the way but when I turn the pinion it would turn. Double checked the length, took out my hammer and gave it a gentle nudge. Slid in like butter. Jmaples

Johnny Joints A friend of mine runs jjoints in his buggy. I believe one nice thing about them is they are greasable through a zerk, and when they get to full of junk you can take them apart and clean them (I think you need a small press).

Wheel spacers I run those spacers in the 1.5 inch. I beat on them pretty hard and I drive my rig up and back from the trails. I've been happy with them.

Sure am glad I'm paying someone to do it. The copper hard line broke. So had to get a new one yesterday. We will probably finish it tomorrow. It sure is sweet. They went with a 2 piece design.
