    D20 broken bolt?

Atlas TC vs Dana 20 with HD shaft

I broke 3 '20s before going NP205. I spend alot of time in low range at high revs (dune running). The Dana 20s low range gears aren't very strong... I'd go Atlas. by the way, never broke a stock rear output. probably due to sand...

    Holley carb dripping

I still think its the needle and seat for the fuel bowl. Take it apart, clean it out and try putting back together. Set the float level correctly and see if that cures the problem. Good luck. :)

    Holley carb dripping

I think your gas dripping issue is due to the inlet needle and seat. Dirt can get stuck between the 2 causing fuel to overflow. If the needle and seat is old, it should be replaced. If its relatively new, you can try flushing it to remove any dirt that is preventing a good seal.

    Alternator Recommendations

My own personal opinion is when something breaks or needs to be replaced, its an opportunity to upgrade. some times it makes sense sometimes its for future proofing (possibly). Your experience or priorities may vary... :)
