    Fuse Panel

Thanks for the reply Pappit, I figured out where all the wires go,its just that it seems there is no seperate ACC. feed to the fuse block off the ignition switch. If the switch is in the on position or ACC. the same point on the back of the fuse block is hot. I guess my question should be, when...

    Fuse Panel

Okay, I have not posted for awhile but after a long break I started on the 76 EB again. My wiring harness is in good shape but not the fuse block. I bought the small Centec fuse panel and started to identify all the wires on the old panel. Is there not an accessory wire from the ignition switch...

    Automatic/column shift conversion

Bronkster, what did you use to get your column shift to work with the AOD? I'm having the same problem where I can just get three and then it binds. I have the stock auto column and pulled some linkage from a pickup I thought would work but still no luck. The TV pressure I'm still not sure of...

    Finally Back/Ignition Question

Thanks Steve, that makes sense, it would seem odd with the ignition circuits powered in the ACC. mode. Paul

    Finally Back/Ignition Question

Hi everyone, after not working much on the this past year for various reasons I'm finally back with many questions. First thing is I'm replacing my fuse panel only, because the wiring is in real good shape. I bought a Centec panel and it has a seperate post for Bat. Ign. and Acc. Is there...

    Getting better!, second from top

Wicked Wilma sorry everyone , just got power and phones back after weeks because of Hurricane Wilma. She was a bad one, but because of my EB in the garage that i'm rebuilding I was able to brace 2X4's against it and the garage door to keep it in place. Me and the wife held the side's of the...

    Red/Tan Color combo

I like the color combo, I had it a few years back and got alot of positive comments. I then changed colors and now that i'm in the middle of a complete rebuild i'm going back to the red/tan combo. If I can find some of my old pictures i will post them. Paul

    Problem with 76 302

I would have lost a bet on that, the vents and caps as suggested is a good place to start. Have you changed the location or routing of any of the fuel lines, added headers? Paul

    Mass buy tank

Got my 24 gallon tank from BC Friday, I might have been one of the last on the list from the mass buy so if anyone is still waiting you may want to check. I told Chuck from the start I was in no hurry. The tank is one nice quality piece and the skid plate looks bullit proof. Just one more item...

    Windshield Frame Install

I think I will keep the option of the windshield folding down, although that is a good idea. Thanks for the tip on the weld through primer, I will definately use it. thanks - Paul

    Windshield Frame Install

My frame is steel and not stainless so I guess I will try my spot welder and see how it works. The only thing with welding is that I would think the metal between the hinge and body will have to be clean of any kind of coating for the spot weld to take, which leaves the opportunity for rust...

    Windshield Frame Install

I have a small spot welder I can use, it has worked ok in the past but I was'nt sure about the windshield frame. I was'nt sure if Ford did it because it was easier or better. I'm probably a month away or more before I get to that point so just wondered if anyone had done it and how it lasted...

    Windshield Frame Install

I noticed in the new Bronco Driver magazine they installed the windshield frame using stainless pop rivets. Has anyone tried this? I wonder how good it is compared to the spot welds, it seems like it would be easier. Paul

    vintage air ?

I have the same setup as Madgyver, my unit is from vintage air but I got the bracket from BC because the VA bracket did not put the compressor where I wanted it. If I need an idler I will have to adapt one, i'm not sure if the one from vintage air will work. I will try to post some pics tonight...

    vintage air ?

Ken, I also have the vintage air unit but don't have it completed yet. I was curious myself about the belts and if I would need an idler pully. I'm hoping to start my engine this weekend and maybe I can tell then. I have extra idler pulleys that I can try if need be but I would be interested to...

    MonkyBiz's Vent problem solved!!

I'm wondering if I'll have the same problem with my 351 once I get everything finished. Whats strange is how can so many have the same exact powertrain and equipment and some run cool and others so hot? Paul

    Lokar AOD Kickdown

Thanks for the the info and the pics, does it matter which way the cable comes from? I thought the directions said from the back if you have column shift and from the front if you have floor shift. I know its important to adjust it right but my problem is I need to run this engine I just rebuilt...
